By registering as a Seller or listing any product on sellsify.net, you agree to comply with this Agreement, as well as our Terms & Conditions, Buyer Agreement, and Privacy Policy.
1.1 sellsify.net acts only as a digital marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers.
1.2 We do not claim ownership of any listed account or product.
1.3 All listings, account details, and ownership verification are the responsibility of the Seller.
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts.
2.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable identification information before listing any products.
2.3 We may require additional KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before allowing withdrawal of earnings.
3.1 Sellers must provide genuine and accurate product details, including ownership, access credentials, and full disclosure of the account’s history.
3.2 Sellers agree to deliver the correct account credentials immediately after purchase through the secure platform channel.
3.3 Sellers are responsible for ensuring that sold accounts remain accessible and secure for at least 48 hours after delivery to allow buyer verification.
3.4 Sellers are prohibited from reclaiming, recovering, or attempting to regain access to an account after sale.
4.1 Providing fake, misleading, or stolen account details is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Any Seller found to have provided false data, invalid credentials, or fraudulent listings will face:
Immediate and permanent account suspension
Forfeiture of pending payments
Reporting to relevant legal authorities for online fraud or cybercrime under applicable laws (e.g., IT Act, 2000 in India)
4.3 Legal action may be taken against Sellers who intentionally defraud buyers or harm the platform’s reputation.
4.4 We reserve the right to share Seller information (including IP, payment details, and communication logs) with law enforcement agencies when fraud is suspected.
5.1 Sellers receive payments only after successful delivery and buyer confirmation.
5.2 Payments are released after a holding period (usually 2–7 days) to ensure transaction safety.
5.3 Any attempt to manipulate, spam, or falsify sales data will lead to account suspension and payment forfeiture.
Sellers must not list:
Accounts obtained illegally or via unauthorized access
Accounts that violate third-party platform terms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, play console , game id etc.)
Accounts linked to scams, spam, or illegal activities
Any digital goods that contain personal, copyrighted, or stolen data
Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal and legal action.
7.1 If a buyer raises a dispute, payment to the Seller will be temporarily held until the issue is resolved.
7.2 Sellers must cooperate with platform staff and provide evidence of ownership/delivery if requested.
7.3 sellsify.net reserves the right to make the final decision on all disputes.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend Seller accounts without prior notice if:
The Seller violates any platform policy
Fraudulent or illegal activities are detected
The Seller receives repeated complaints or disputes
All pending balances may be held or forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.
9.1 sellsify.net is not responsible for any losses arising from misuse, bans, or future performance of sold accounts.
9.2 Our responsibility is limited to ensuring safe, verified, and transparent transactions.
10.1 Sellers agree to comply with all applicable local and international laws regarding the sale of digital assets.
10.2 Any Seller providing fake identity, stolen accounts, or fraudulent data will be subject to civil and criminal prosecution under cybercrime and fraud laws.
10.3 All activities on sellsify.net are logged for security and audit purposes.
We may modify or update this Seller Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
