1.1 Sellsify.net acts only as an intermediary platform connecting buyers and independent sellers.
1.2 We do not own, create, or control the digital accounts listed by sellers.
1.3 All transactions and listings are managed directly between the buyer and the seller, subject to platform verification and compliance checks.
2.1 You must ensure that all information provided during purchase (email, payment details, etc.) is accurate and valid.
2.2 You agree to use purchased accounts only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable platform (e.g., play console , Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) terms of service.
2.3 You acknowledge that transferring or reselling accounts may violate third-party platform rules, and you accept full responsibility for any resulting actions, including suspension or bans.
3.1 All payments must be made through our official payment gateways listed on Sellsify.net .
3.2 Once a transaction is completed and access credentials are delivered, the sale is final.
3.3 Refunds are only provided if:
The seller fails to deliver the product, or
The delivered account is invalid, inaccessible, or not as described.
3.4 Buyers must raise disputes within 24 hours of purchase. Claims made after that period will not be entertained.
4.1 After a successful payment, sellers are required to provide valid account details (login credentials, recovery information, etc.) through our secure delivery process.
4.2 Buyers must verify account access immediately after delivery.
4.3 Once confirmed by the buyer, Sellsify.net marks the order as completed.
Buyers must not:
Engage in chargebacks or payment fraud.
Attempt to obtain login credentials through unauthorized means.
Violate any platform policy or intellectual property laws.
Use purchased accounts for illegal or abusive activities.
Violation of these rules may lead to suspension or permanent ban from our platform.
6.1 Sellsify.net is not responsible for any losses, damages, or bans that may occur after account transfer.
6.2 Our role is limited to facilitating secure transactions and dispute resolution between buyers and sellers.
6.3 We make no guarantees regarding the future performance, engagement, or earnings of purchased accounts.
7.1 In case of disputes, buyers should contact our Support Team through the official channel within 24 hours of the transaction.
7.2 Our team will investigate the issue and may hold payments to sellers until resolution.
7.3 Our decision in such matters shall be final and binding.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise this Buyer Agreement at any time. Continued use of our platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
